We select one or sometimes two local places of worship to visit, which occur monthly. Membership of the group is non-denominational, as the aim is to learn about any and all religions, building architecture, history and social context. We usually are able to engage the services of a guide at each venue, who gives a talk about their particular place of worship.

As this group, by it's very nature, meets at dfferent locations on each occasion, members may make their own way (usually by car, if they have one) or lifts with other members can be arranged in advance of the day.

After each visit group members may, optionally, repair to the nearest hostelry for liquid and solid refreshment.
